No Surprise Billing Policy

We are committed to transparency in billing and ensuring you understand the costs associated with your care. As part of this commitment, we adhere to the No Surprises Act, designed to protect patients from unexpected medical bills.

Upfront Cost Estimates

Before your appointment or service, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected costs for your treatment. This estimate includes all applicable fees, including consultation, therapy sessions, medication management, or any additional services.

In-Network Insurance

We strive to work with insurance providers to ensure as many services as possible are in-network. If your plan is out-of-network, you will be informed upfront.

Transparent Communication

You will not be charged for services you did not agree to in advance. We will discuss any additional or unexpected fees before proceeding with care.

Your Rights

If your bill is significantly higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute it.

If you have any questions, our billing team is here to help. Contact us at or email us for assistance with cost estimates, insurance inquiries, or payment options.
